OH SH*T

i played around with XviD source, and made some other tests, when i saw
that all my previous test where made in 1pass 100% quality mode .....
I'm not sure but i think 100% qual =3D quant 1 or something like that

Result : If you encode 100 identical frames, you will have 1 big frame
with 99 ~7000 bytes frames after !!! That was the pb i was refering =
to....
in 1pass 100% qual, the encoder is UNABLE to do little frames

I thinked 100% qual was the best mode to do tests. I think i was totally =
wrong....
So dropping is not neccessary, XviD create very little frames when NOT =
using 100 % qual mode

@gruel
I'm really sorry :(
you were right on everything, but i just couldn't have the same results
I'll redo all my tests.

MarcFD  marc.fd@libertysurf.fr

PS : is there a bug in the 100% qual mode or something like that ??
