Mea Culpa, i've modified the sources  with a cut/paste and i forgot to
adapt some for loops ... really  sorry. Now the desired size is always
respected with  my 2 small  clips. So i  can go further  and integrate
last bits from the vfw code.

Once i push the last cvs changes  in the vbr lib... i'll publish it so
we could  start hacking it.  I was thinking  about a simple  system to
bind user  vbr control functions into  the lib. This would  be nice to
test new code easily.
