I've been toying with bframe encoding on Linux.  A video I created
has several segments with very noticable orange bands when=20
bframes is enabled. =20

An example:

Note the area behind the door and on the agent's left ear. =20

I'm using mencoder, xvid in divx4 compatibility mode, with a
#define BFRAMES build.
