Peak error is difference between  original data and  DCT+iDCT
reconstructed? So there is no intermediate quantizer step? 

We should add an application that displays DCT/Quant/ZigZag/DeQuant/iDCT
in graphical form. Would be cool (in Java) for the Homepage.
