Hi Guys

I ran into something which rather interested me:

The exact part that i was pondering about was:

Performance
3ivx Delta 4 is unchallenged as the fastest software MPEG-4 decoder on the market. The average decoding performance on an Intel
Celeron 600MHz desktop PC is over 54 fps for 640x480 (pixels) sized footage.

Can anyone give me any statistics as to how xvid compares
to 3ivx (or perhaps other codecs) with regards to speed
and/or quality? (i wasnt able to find much with regards to this)
