Damn... nobody was aware of that one ? Must be fixed for 0.9.1.

Anyway, i think it is a very bad idea to use dev-api-3 in mplayer. We
are just starting to make releases so everyone has a library to trust
and you decide to choose the bleeding edges bugs and api changes.

Structures passed to the encoder (and the decoder?) are not binary
compatible with the API 2.1 used in 0.9.x series.

Anyway, it's time to bump up the API version in dev branch as it's
already different.
