It seems that DivX5.02 Bframes are not complete then, because direct mode
decoding was broken in XviD, but nobody noticed before.

That's why I started finishing it. Maybe it will be done today. 

As far as I see there are only some small parts left, e.g. with 
"time_incr". The rest is working fine for encoding and decoding!
