2nd frame is an frame.
ffdshow doesn't crash.
i've got a crash at 200 frame on another clip.
i used DX50 vop compatibility, no packed bframes.
various encoding settings. max_bframes = 2 in this clip.

hope it helps. almost all my bframes clips are crashing :(
