[XviD-devel] divx5, bframes and non-coded vops

hi,

divx5+bframes compatibility problems should now be solved.

divx fails to detect the b-vop in a packed p-and-b-vop frame, if
there are _no_ stuffing bits between the p-vop and b-vop.

this was solved by enabling 8-bit stuffing between the p-and-b-vops.
in addition ive implemented correct stuffing. thanks michael.
