[XviD-devel] Sigma Designs and XviD development status?

What is the status now with Sigma Designs and official XviD development?  I
haven't heard anything on this front for a while now..  Last I'd heard, it
looked like SD was pretty close to coming into compliance with the GPL terms,
but I note the XviD web page still says development is stopped, and hasn't had
any news updates in quite a long time.

Is XviD ever going to officially start up development again?  If so, what are
we currently waiting on for this to happen?
