[XviD-devel] vfw 2pass stats

Hi ^^

for 2pass wih bframes, we need to make changes to the stats-files again,
what do you think of using a new stats format.

a text file with :
1) the settings used for the first pass
2) a short header like : "no | type | quant | size | kblk | mblk | ublk |
[....]"
3) all the stats-lines ex : 0002 B 3 2968 120 612 8

It was already discussed when the api3 started.

BTW, for 2pass, what do you think of disabling bframe_ratio, and to make
a special case for bframes ?
