Hello, Is there any tools that tells you that have now encoded the video into MPEG-4 without adding any additional headers or anything. You see the problem I am having is that I have to show(prove) that I have encoded the video stream using MPEG-4 compliant codecs and also show the encoded frame rate as well as the resolution.
