[XviD-devel] jvt documentation

i know a couple of you might be interested in some jvt documentation, and MfA pointed out this ftp site:

ftp.imtc-files.org/jvt-experts

worked fine for me via command-line ftp but not mozilla/ie, and some of the doc files wouldn't open in openoffice either.  seems to be pretty up-to-date.
