That is rather unclear. The question is if Premiere together with XVID is
"derived" from XVID. If you agree that Premiere _with_ XVID has more
functioniality than without, then you (as a user) do not have to the
right to use Adobe Premiere and XVID together. That's the crux of
libraries under GPL...  and that's what LGPL was created for. 

Of course you may argue that XVID would only by 1% of all Premiere
functionality, but I doubt that any percentage would cover that, because
in the moment you use XVID with Premiere, the program would have
significantly reduced functionality if XVID were not included. 

Then Premiere+XVID is derived from XVID and this is not allowed...
