[XviD-devel] vfw/mingw

xvidcore AND vfw now compile completely under mingw.
the makefile.mingw is near identical to makefile.cygwin.
(maybe we need a "make config" ... "make menuconfig" ...)

two minor issues though, mingw doesnt provide the following headers:
- vfw.h:  all the ICM_*/IC* macros and struct
- winres.h & afxres.h:  comctl resource definitions
so to get it working you need to rip these for msvc. iam gonna contact
the mingw folk and offer to rewrite them. or, include stripped-down
versions of the files within the vfw project.
