[XviD-devel] stable branch: cygwin/mingw

hello,

urgh. i really dislike cygwin.

* ive included a note in the cygwin makefiles saying the "mingw-runtime"
package is required to build with -DLINUX and -mno-cygwin.

* cygwin complains that it cant link the "decore" and "encore"
functions into vfw.dll. BUT, mingw has no problems.
i cannot understand why.

ive placed the cygwin and mingw makefiles/defs in "/vfw/bin"
