[XviD-devel] Timecode Bug fixed

Argh !!
something new has broken bframes !!!
i've tested the CVS from 27/09 -> working flawlessly
28/09 -> very ugly bug _only_ with  bframes
it's a bit different from the error with mvhints.
i've tried before SysKin last patch -> bug
i've tried to use the /bitstream folder from 27/09 -> still bug

any idea ??
