[XviD-devel] dev-api-4 finished?

Hi,

I wanted to include my new GME and Skal's GMC into CVS during the next
days. This includes changes in encoder.c, so should I rather use 
dev-api-4 as basis? 

Or should I simply wait until dev-api-4 is in HEAD and start writing a 
trellis quant inbetween? 

New GME increases PSNR by 0.0-0.3dB at 50% slowdown... it's not optimized
for speed, yet.
