[XviD-devel] yuv422 or yuv420 to .divx or .mp4v

Hi all
I am working on a video security project. I have got got video in raw format i.e. yuv format now I want to convert if into either .divx file or .mp4v2 file. 
I am not a video guru so doesn't know much. Guidence will be highly appreciated.
