[XviD-devel] no SMP, no num_threads

Hi,

I'd like to finally remove the last references to SMP in dev-api-4 
and also get rid of num_threads in xvid.h

But I noticed that num_threads is still in VfW, so I didn't dare to
simply delete it.
Colud someone with knowledge in the GUI please remove all references
to SMP and num_threads? 

Then I'll do the internal stuff.
