[XviD-devel] XviD Configuration tool for transcode

Hello,

Tilmann Bitterberg, the transcode's maintainer, found some time to code
a nice GTK2 frontend to all devapi4, as found in VFW (no zones).

This GTK2  application is able  to read/generate config files,  like the
one i  posted some days ago  in a RFC  on "are win32 devs  interested in
supporting file settings ?"

Well,  at the  moment it's  only  useful for  transcode+devapi4 but  who
knows.. perhaps  we ould  finally come  with a common  GUI for  unix and
windows.
