         qpel  off

    Surprisingly this does indeed show both problems..
    Bug #1 is there, but almost invisible.
    Bug #2 is there.

test2: bframes 1
         qpel  off
         gmc  off
    Quality improved, size decreased, but both problems are present.
    Bug #1 is there, but almost invisible.
    Bug #2 is there.

test3: bframes 1
         qpel  on
         gmc  off
    Now what happened?
    Bug #1 is there, and it seems that qpel made it very visible!
    Bug #2 is there.

test4: bframes 1
         qpel  on
         gmc  on
    Same as test3

test5: bframes 2
         qpel  on
         gmc  on
    Same as test3, just more choppy motion

test6: bframes 2
         qpel  on
         gmc  on
         Grayscale credits OFF, but still at quant 22
