[XviD-devel] qpel.c doesn't compile under VS

Hi,

Just a quick note to let you know that the lines in qpel.c

#include __FILE__

don't work for some reason on VS.NET 2003, reporting file not found.

If you change them to

#include "./qpel.c"

then they are OK, but this is probably not the best solution
