[XviD-devel] [BUG] Pink smearing with libavcodec + devapi4

I'm not the one who encoded that file, it's supposed to be encoded with
defaults values (like when you click on load defaults in vfw)

The file looks ok when decoding with devapi4 decoder; but shows a pink
smearing effect on the right bottom border when decoded by libavcodec.
