[XviD-devel] Happy holydays and help!!! Can't compile XviD to Mingw!

Hi all
 
First of all, I wish to all you a Merry Christmas (a bit late :-P) and a Happy New Year!
 
Second, some time ago I've asked how to compile XviD for Mingw, and get this answer: http://list.xvid.org/pipermail/xvid-devel/2003-March/002474.html and i this time that worked! So here I come, 9 months later, and trying to compile xvid 1.0 (cvs version).
 
I'm with MSys 1.0.8 (tried 1.1.0), Mingw 2.0.0 (in add/remove programs, this is what is shown, but I think I've instaled Mingw 3.1.0-1).
 
When I go to the dir <blablabla>/xvidcore/build/generic and type "configure", I get an error:

$ configure
sh: configure: command not found
========
 
So, my question is: how to compile _again_ the XviD library in mingw?
