[XviD-devel] [INFO] dev-api-3 merged into CVS_HEAD

That's done.

Please see if something is wrong in CVS_HEAD. For me all is working
great.

Changes from 0.9.1:
  - merged code from dev-api-3
  - merged examples from dev-api-3
  - updated sources.inc to dev-api-3 source files
  - kept the stable portab.h + merged watcom part of dev-api-3 version
  - merged ARCH_IS_... changes in dev-api-3 files

Unix changes:
  - the target lib is now postfixed with the API version 3.0

Windows changes:
  - none

Please don't commit things to CVS_HEAD yet. We must make sure nothing
has been messed up during the merge.
