when using gmc you know where image is moving or zooming. this can be used to 
lower quantizer in some area, this could enance  visula quality.

le me explain, a camera moving to right  make motion compensate move the image 
to left , so right MB suffer couse they have not an old image that compensate 
them.. you can lower quantizer  to them.

zooming out make this problem at all border of image.
if you see the avi that redek has upload to show problem in dark area you can 
see that left area of river is not prefect. but if you globally lower quant  
the problem is gone away.
maybe that lowering quant at left border would enanche image
