[XviD-devel] [INFO] Merge summary

Hello,

The merge is now complete and ready to be used.

I tagged the first step of the merge as "merged-dev-api-3" so if we need
to remove the merge for an obscure reason this would still be possible.

Before I branch  dev-api-4 for changing API and RC, I  would like to add
the headers  and restore proper  copyrights so we  would not need  to do
this once more. I'll also do some very quick "warnings" squashing.
