[XviD-devel] Non-Multiples of 8 still nonworking?

Hi,

is it possible that xvid still cannot handle input dimensions 
not multiples of 16 in width? 

When I just tested to encode a clip from 

http://bs.hhi.de/~wiegand/Gar_ef.zip

with stable in RGB mode, I got the famous pink smear effect... and it
happens with other files, too, whenever width is not a multiple of 16! 

And in YUV is was even worse, the image completely broken. :(
