Sorry if i was unclear here,  this conversion process has to be done
WITHOUT  reencoding ( -h from XviD Team said it should be possible
AFAIK, dont ask me about details though ). The whole process should not
take longer than 20 - 30 minutes, and process needs to be fully
automatic. Biggest inconvenience for the user here should be burning the
new CD ;-) ....
