Please make sure that not only your xvid-branch but also ffmpeg-branch is
the very latest version. Then could you please check if anything similar
happens with fewer options (keeping gmc, but disabling in this
order: lumi mask, chromaME, 4mv, bframes) ? 

Last: can you provide me with a sample (as few frames as possible)?
