Hi everyone,

I played with GMC today.
I moved mcsel decision from encoding loop to motion loop, and
implemented R-D-type decision for it. The results are not stunning but
not bad - PSNR remains almost the same while the filesize is a little
bit smaller. A really little bit.
I also found that PVOP/SVOP decision is very strict, I had better
results when I _forced_ all frames to be S-VOPs in one scene.
But that's all just tuning.

Anyway, R-D based mcsel should be there anyway - anyone against
commiting it?
