Ok i have a patch for that bugs.

Tests show  that my two  instruction ading does  not change so  much the
clock/call count. I'm not that happy with the solution because it's cmov
based.  But at  least  it does  not  use branches  and  does not  change
performance of the 2 functions. 

I'll  commit  that later  after  a code  cleanup  because  they are  not
indented and comments are never aligned...
