Hello again,

btw, we have a buggy couple of functions:
 - quant4_intra_mmx
 - quant4_inter_mmx

These two functions are generating wrong quantization coeffs for some ac
values. I don't know exactly if it's something affecting always the same
coeffs. I just noticed 2 ac coeffs where the value was "expected + 1"

I'll try to squash that two bugs this afternoon.
