[XviD-devel] Statement retracted: linux vs. windows encoder performance

Doh!  Due to a sloppy copy-and-past error, my friend was setting cpu_flags 
to XVID_CPU_FORCE (thus preventing the nice assembly language routines from 
getting used).  Since he didn't recompile that same code for windows, but 
instead compared it with some build of xvid using a VFW interface via 
Virtual Dub, the problem was only observed on Linux.

Sorry for the confusion.
