[XviD-devel] dev-api-4 status

Hello,

As  i see  it now,  dev-api-4 is  close to  be what  we'll  rebrand XviD
1.0. However i still  see development against head branch.  I think it's
now time to do your dev work on devapi4.

This include:
 - changes on the isibaar branch have to be ported (michael)
 - complete GMC implementation (christoph)

Peter has also some work on the queue (according to his previous mails)

Please do all your development on dev-api-4.

Concerning  my part  of  the work,  i  think i've  finished  what i  was
supposed  to do  on this  branch (rc,  testing, debugging).  As  told on
earlier mails, my school projects  will monopolize my time until the end
of the june. So good work, and see you soon.
