I switched back to Walken idct for both head and dev-api-4. The idct
mismatch problem in MPEG-4 is much more complex than I thought. I'll commit
a bigger fix (or rather work-around) to dev-api-4 in the next days.

XVID_BS_VERSION incremented:
head is using bistream version 12
devapi4 is now using bistream version 13
