[XviD-devel] Is there any tool to convert from m4v to avi file?

I'm having some problems using a divx decoder on the PocketPC to decode a
video bitstream (the m4v file). So to assure that everything is ok I would
like to convert my m4v to avi to use it in a player that I know that works
in the PocketPC.
Does anyone know a tool to convert from m4v to avi?
