[XviD-devel] 3 warp point GME

Hi,

my girlfriend leaves for short vacations tomorrow, so I'll finally have
time to add 3 warp point GME to CVS. 

If nobody objects (because dev-api-4 isn't stable enough or anything?),
I'll simply commit within the next days. The first commit is supposed to
be functional, but not fully optmized for speed or quality, so don't judge
it, yet. 
I'll tell you which parameters you can play with to find the best values
to use as default.
