I just write this email to insist on one thing pete said in his reply:

We have just to group the second ref frame with the first B frame to
avoid the A/V delay

Natural frame order: I1 B1 B2 P1 B3 B4 P2 ...
or decoding order.

would result in:

Encoder order: I1 (P1 B1) B2 (P2 B3) B4 ...

In other words, we don't need to group all bframes, just the one which
has to be decoded.
