[XviD-devel] Invalid stuffing bits

The fix  is trivial, we only have  to remove the 0xfffff  bytes from the
bitstream.

I started  a new  branch called release-0_9_1-fixes  where i  fixed that
bug, and  i'll backport  al the work  done on  the build files  for unix
environments. That way i hope to close the 0.9.x series cleanly :-)
