I fixed in this brand new branch:
 - the stuffing bits bug
 - building process on Unix systems (copied/adapted CVS_HEAD build files
   to the old tree -- means keeping th right sources definition, quite
   easy as they are defined independently from the build files)

Is there any other fix I miss for a future 0.9.2 ?
