[XviD-devel] [BUG] dev-api-4 branch: core returns always unknown type in xvid_encraw

Pete, your last commits to xvidcore seem to have broken it, at least
xvid_encraw never outputs stats because stats_type is never right.

If i activate the dump plugin then the stats are written but are
false... completly unreliable behavior.
