One more bug here with the -dump option.

When the dump plugin is used then the core segfaults, this is due to the
fact that the plugin system tries  to dump null arrays. It seems the ref
and orig frames are not right in the plugin system. 

@pete: I decided to revamp xvid_encraw options because they are becoming
too numerous and we don't  understand them anymore in "small" format (-m
-s -d ...). I switched most of them to "long" format. 
 ./xvid_encraw -help for help :-)
