hi,

i commited fixed, cbr and 2pass1 this afternoon.

2pass2 is a real mess.ed version is cleaner than vfw, but its difficult
to work with.

* should we consider a complete rewrite? ... it will take me some time
to understand the alt curve stuff.

* the fileformat needs attention. ed txt format is not bad, but i
dislike the code which writes the num_frames & num_keyframes at the
start of the file (its an ugly hack).
