[XviD-devel] dev-api-4: 2 pass

Hi,

I'd like to see the "old" curve treatment for 2nd pass implemented 
first. AltCC can be implemented later - if I understood correctly, curve 
treatment is a plugin-system as well? Shouldn't be a problem for Foxer 
to port it himself then.

Just my oppinion.
