Hello,

as i'm looking at the code to find why it deos not do well in some
cases, i've comented it a bit and simplified a bit the if/else mess in 
the plugin_before function.

Pete any news for the 2pass Code,  does it work for you 100% of the time
?  because for a fixed sequence, i have good results at certain bitrates
and for  other bitrates it fails  completly (more than  2000kbps of diff
between desired and obtained bitrate)
