Hello again,

Various incremental patches have been commited to
dev-api-4:plugin_2pass2.c.

The code is now  as clean as it can be, equivalent  to what i understand
of 2pass.c in vfw.

However  there are  still  two or  three  questions i  could not  answer
looking  at the  vfw code.  they are  marked with  XXX:. If  someone who
developed vfw can answer these questions, it would be great.

Please test dev-api-4 and compare results with cvs_head.
