XviD support interlaced DCT, but in the cvs branch api4 it is broken,
as i had told to few developers on irc...
I doubt that divx5.x do support interlaced ME & MC.
(btw i do "fixed_quant=4:interlace", no bframes, no gmc or other adv stuff..)
