Ok  i'll  change  the  bias  computation  in  the  quantization  context
initializer (equivalent to your SKL_QUANTIZER type)

Btw,  i had left  a serious  bug, not  copying the  quant matrix  in the
context, so trellis was simply unoptimizing the coefficients.
